J Lo Gets Dropped From Record Label

Jennifer Lopez has “parted ways with her label” (aka her sales have been horrible & she’s been dropped).

Though she’s released 7 albums, her sales have drastically declined. Her debut album, On The 6, released in 1999, sold 3 million albums in the United States. Her last album, Brave, released in 2007, has only sold a little over 400,000 copies. Her last Top 10 single was All I Have from 2002. The official statement says “I have belonged to the Sony family since the beginning of my career as a singer and together we’ve had great success. I have fulfilled my contractual responsibilities with Sony/Epic up to this point, and we have both reached friendly terms about my departure from the label.” The Whore thinks its long over due. Do you?
