Google To Roll Out Bookstore

The Wall Street Journal is reporting that Big Brother Google is set to roll out its own eBook Store early this summer. The service, Google Editions, will allow users to download eBooks on a wide variety of devices including the iPad, Kindle and Nook. Google will determine pricing and share revenue with the authors, sellers and copyright holders. In a twist, it will also allow independent sellers to use the software to sell books on their own websites. This will tie-in with Google’s Book Search engine.

The Whore is pretty content with iBooks but is willing to give Google a try. Will YOU be visiting Google Editions?
