First Person In Line For iPad

The first person in line for the Apple iPad Wi-Fi is queuing up at the flagship Apple store on 5th Avenue in New York City. He has already been there 24 hours. Greg Packer is apparently a repeat line sitter, who was also first in line for the iPhone. His goal: to be first in line for….just about anything. His “first in line accomplishments” include the first person to see the Ground Zero Viewing Platform, the first person to sign the British consulate mourning book after Princess Di’s passing and the first in line for the latest Harry Potter book. Packer has over 100 mentions in various publications and even has his own freakin’ wikipedia entry.

The Whore hopes he’s not taking an iPad away from someone who truly wants one!
